Jared was very responsive since we booked the trip, during the stay and after. Very accommodating with bigger parties. Second and third floor does get a bit warm especially when nicer out so I would suggest bringing fans but he does supply fans/AC to help cool the upper levels down.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and Jared was super responsive. The location was perfect for exploring the city and close to the stadium.. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Jared’s! It was clean and in a great location. Our host was very helpful and responsive as well! It was perfect for our one night getaway! Would definetly recommend!

This home was absolutely beautiful. We had 14 of us and we all slept comfortably!
The back porch was perfect to hangout at day or night. We were super close to a lot of things (10 min drives if that).
The master bathroom has heated bathroom floors and that was amazing to me. All the beds were comfortable, large rooms, and we could easily fit all of us between the dining room and living room for games + sports television. We had plenty of room to park and having the garage was a bonus. We felt comfortable and our host was responsive immediately! I had messaged late at night and was shocked the receive a response.
We truly enjoyed this stay and this gorgeous home!
I don’t feel this was necessary to knock any stars off as this was a 5 star stay for us. The only thing is hot water doesn’t last. Between 14 of us only 3 could take a 10/15 min shower each before all the hot water was gone. We are all easy going so we made it work! I would def book again & already am looking for next year!

This home was the perfect place for my friends and family to stay while I was recovering from my liver transplant surgery at Vanderbilt Hospital. We had everything we needed in the house a Jared, the host responded quickly to the couple of issues we had in the 6 weeks we were there. He was easy to work with and a joy!. I would definitely recommend this host and location! I will be back again. Thank you, Jared! Be Blessed!

The house was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space for the whole group. It was comfortable, and the 3.5 bathrooms was a game changer. The host was very nice and responsive and the house was clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out very easy.

Jared was an incredibly helpful and responsive host! Went above and beyond to be accommodating to my last minute requests and the house was exactly as expected. Special call out for the pac man machine that kept my toddler entertained for several hours. Beds were comfortable and the rental was very spacious. Only complaint I had was the noise level from a party next door, but very much seemed to be a circumstance far beyond the control of our hosts and somewhat expected given the rentals location. Although noisy, the next door party goers were very friendly and dropped off food for us after we politely declined their invitation to join the fun.
Overall, great host and would recommend to anyone looking for a spacious stay in a convenient location.

Great place, easy to get to with it being right off highway. Double cabins are a plus as well and during summer ponds would be great to hang and fish out of.

I wish we could've stayed longer! This was a perfect stay for a famoly get away. There was a lot to do at the cabin whether you wanted to stay in or explore the surroundings. It was cozy and the beautiful ponds and trees were definitely a plus. Had a fire before bed and woke up and went to 58 West, a really nice brunch place. Had lots of the cute hocking hills stores just 3 minutes down the road. Loved it! The host was extremely responsive and super nice/helpful. Hopefully we will be back soon!
