This is our third time booking this location. We keep coming back because the location is just what we are looking for. The property is clean and well organized. it is stocked with all the necessary amenities. We love just relaxing... enjoying the ocean views, walking on the beach, and enjoying the hot tub.

Jared's cabin was the perfect stay for our trip. he was a wonderful host, the space was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect getaway cabin. Can't recommend highly enough and we'll definitely be back to stay in the future!! Thanks again, Jared!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out very easy.

Jared was an incredibly helpful and responsive host! Went above and beyond to be accommodating to my last minute requests and the house was exactly as expected. Special call out for the pac man machine that kept my toddler entertained for several hours. Beds were comfortable and the rental was very spacious. Only complaint I had was the noise level from a party next door, but very much seemed to be a circumstance far beyond the control of our hosts and somewhat expected given the rentals location. Although noisy, the next door party goers were very friendly and dropped off food for us after we politely declined their invitation to join the fun.
Overall, great host and would recommend to anyone looking for a spacious stay in a convenient location.

Jared made the experience so easy and was also so flexible with me and my family during our stay. It was a family trip with children which, if you’re looking for a break I would highly recommend because the children were mostly occupied with the arcade upstairs. It was close to the grocery store and the expressway so we can get to the places we needed to go. Would definitely recommend for a family trip, it was cozy and welcoming and Jared checked in with us consistently and responded quickly to any issues or questions we may have had

We wish we could’ve stayed longer! Secluded in nature and beautifully decorated, but not far from all that downtown Franklin, TN has to offer. A truly unique space you don’t often see in an AirBnB.

Everything was perfect with this stay! Jared’s home was beautiful and well furnished with all the needed amenities. Jared was very thorough with the check in and check out process! Highly recommend and would gladly stay with him again!

Can’t say enough good things about our recent stay. Had a group of coaches in for a convention at the downtown convention center. Great location with plenty of room in the house to move around. Very large kitchen where you can move around. The rain shower heads in each bathroom is a big time bonus. Thank you so much for a great stay. When in Columbus again we will be there!

Jared was a very kind and responsive Airbnb host. He answered any questions I had quickly. The Airbnb was perfect for my group, the accommodations were fantastic. The Airbnb does have thin walls, if there’s another group next door you’ll be able to hear them in the living room. Which is especially bad at 3am. But when you are in the bedrooms, you won’t be able to hear any outside noise, it is quiet and peaceful. My group enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. Thank you Jared and the rest of the team! God bless!
