This peaceful and secluded cabin was a dream! The host was the most communicative with great spot on instructions for our stay. Franklin this time of year was to die for! Beyond gorgeous scenery and very respectful people. This would be a great place to stay for any couple or even a family looking for a secluded stay away!

This place is a gem, the owner is a pretty cool dude. It’s in the middle of the woods and I love it. If you’re a country person you will love this place. Definitely staying here again!

The cabin was everything we were looking for in a weekend stay. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. Jared and team were incredibly responsive to all of our questions. I would highly recommend the cabin if you are staying in the Franklin area.

We were able to get this home last minute due to another home previously rented that didn’t have a working pool. Pool was heated, hot tub was wonderful, beach toys were exactly as requested by kids. House was perfect to sit back and relax seeing sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the sound. Kids loved the arcade games and pool table for after outdoor fun. We would definitely recommend.

We had such a great time here. The accommodations were beautiful. You can see the sound side and the ocean from the second and third floors! The hosts were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend and we would come back here.

Finest space we have stayed in. Absolutely beautiful, pristine and spacious. Lots of room for large families/couples to spread out with private sleeping spaces and bathrooms and large living to space to gather. Very comfortable with the most amazing sunrise views and private beach access. Everything you could want or need in a home--crystal clear and functioning pool and hot tubs, complimentary coffee and coffee supplies, plenty of towels and beach towels and two sets of washers/driers with complimentary detergent. Best host with whom we have had the pleasure to interact. Very friendly, proactive communication with clear, super-easy check-in and check-out instructions and very helpful local recommendations. I received quick responses to all questions. We had as close to a perfect stay as possible. I highly recommend Jared and Zachary's home to host your vacation to the Outer Banks.

This property is spectacular and even better than the pictures. It is definitely a luxury stay with incredible views of the ocean from the back and the sound from the front. We got to see the super moon rise over the ocean and it was amazing. A quick walk over the dune and you are on the beach. We also enjoyed the game room, the heated pool and the hot tub. Our host was super responsive! This house truly has everything you could possibly want for the best beach vacation ever!

My biggest priority when renting a beach house is cleanliness and no bugs. Never saw one bug and the house was immaculate. They also had all the necessities you need so you don’t have to lug shampoo, detergent, coffee, etc from your home. House was very spacious and the views were great from every room we utilized. Pool and hot tubs were clean. Grill worked great. Hosts communication was quick and helpful. We will def bookmark this home and stay again. Price was super reasonable as well.
